President

As founder and President of A&C Ventures, David oversees all day-to-day financial operations and management of the company.  A&C Ventures was formed in 1992, after the purchase of 30 properties from Payless ShoeSource/May Department Stores. Previous endeavors include the co-founding of Arroyo & Coates, an investment real estate brokerage firm, focusing on California's largest income producing properties. Arroyo & Coates is a disposition specialist to corporations, institutions, and private owners. 

Managing Director

As Vice President and Managing Director at A&C Ventures, Robert assists in the evaluation and acquisition of properties held in our portfolio. Robert also has a wealth of experience in debt structure for commercial real estate investments, including single-tenant retail, new construction, and industrial properties. Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Robert had a successful career as an international oil and gas exploration geologist with Atlantic Richfield Companies.

Peter W. Wohlfeiler

 General Counsel  

Prior to joining A & C Ventures in May, 2008, Peter was a partner in the law firm of Janin, Morgan & Brenner in San Francisco for 25 years, and represented A & C Ventures since its incorporation in 1992.   Peter’s practice included representing operating companies and investors engaged in the acquisition, financing, development, leasing, management and sale of real estate throughout the United States, and providing counsel to private companies engaged in a variety of retail, restaurant, manufacturing, professional services and other businesses.  Peter also represented nonprofit organizations engaged in the acquisition and preservation of undeveloped properties throughout California.

Peter attended Pomona College and graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 1974.  He received his law degree from Golden Gate University School of Law in 1978 and is a member of the California State Bar. 

Arthur Kuller

Chief Financial Officer

As CFO of A & C Ventures, Arthur oversees the day to day functions of our property management division, manages banking functions, coordinates closings on property purchases and sales, interfaces with legal council on various legal issues, coordinates all accounting and reporting functions, and has been with A&C Ventures since its inception.
